The location was convenient and good - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were helpful when asking for tips about Long Beach.

exceptionally nice location in downtown, fairly friendly staff, everything was nice. location: the hotel was really close to beach, many services, restaurants and attractions and stores. i found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like checker's that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

Very very helpful staff made our stay really nice. The location was exceptionally nice and comfy for our business trip. It was within walking distance of Lee Sandwiches, serving fast food.

The hotel was a nice base for enjoying a busy area, next to many services and very sketch boulevard and Anaheim. I was very happy with the fairly friendly staff and their good service. I had very relaxing days staying at this budget property.

The location is convenient and good, 2 miles from an art museum.

I stayed at this motel twice and for the price, the rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable and the location was convenient for visiting Long Beach attractions if you have a car or bike. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the gentleman who checked me in.

Breakfast items could be improved with more variety.

The room was clean and had modern features like a microwave and mini-fridge. Daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The owner was friendly. Parking was convenient. Great location close to everything in downtown Long Beach.

The hotel isn't in the best area and is quite far from the centre on Long Beach ($25 dollar cab)

I really like the connivence of the area. It was simple to get on the bus to take me anywhere. For the price, I don't think that you can find a better place than this because it had a full bath, and cable tv. The only thing missing was a microwave. Along this street there were many Asian shops and restaurants so that was very nice as well and the the owners were a nice couple.

The lack of microwave and laundry.
